Synopsis: This print advert directly uses furniture designs by some of the most prestigious US companies to display the versatility and increasing usage of fiberglass. The Herman Miller DAX, DSX and RAR by Charles Eames and the Tulip armchair by Eero Saarinen for Knoll are amongst the most prominent of the showcased seating in the ad. The advert is two-fold in that it serves the needs of Owens-Corning who supply the raw material and the US furniture companies that utilize it. The focus of the advert is to provide greater awareness and confidence in this new plastic material.
