Synopsis: This ‘separates’ range brochure consisting of outer color card and technical product page insert is dedicated to the Eames Universal Base Tables. During the 1970’s Herman Miller had moved away from only offering single binder and book brochures with the entire portfolio to these single range offerings, whilst largely then leaving the binders for dealers and showrooms. This new approach meant that targeted single products could be provided in beautifully designed brochures such as these. They always consisted of an outer card cover with artistic photography to the front and full color range images to the middle center pages. Product inserts were then housed inside giving all the technical details required for consumer choices to be made. The Eames Universal Base Tables joined the Contract and Segmented Tables as Eames offerings in 1961 and have been a mainstay ever since.
