Synopsis: Released as part of the group of brochures and catalogs in the striped series which ran from the end of 1961 through to late 1963 (this version is the 63 type) with only minor updates and revisions. The group of striped brochures were beautifully presented within a black card box. This booklet was essentially a continuation of the illustrated price list catalogs from preceding years, minus the actual prices, which were printed in a separate accompanying Price Book. The brochure features the work of Charles Eames and George Nelson & Associates at what is probably one of the peak periods of their design career with Herman Miller. A comprehensive amount of Eames designs feature including the vast fiberglass chair range, wire series, Eames Lounge Chair, Aluminum Group, Storage System, Sling and Tandem Seating as well as coffee and dining tables.
