An original, used, Vitra Eames DAR eiffel base finished in chrome with the padded ‘floor protector’ snap on feet and with locater taps on the top of the base. A straight up replacement or a simple change, this base can refresh or revitalize your Eames shells perfectly and can be used on all floors, carpet or hard.
The version of this base has the metal disc at the top of it to fit to the 'nubs' of the plastic shell top shock mount; further images can be provided upon request; though it can be seen in the second and third images. This is a used item, it does display some signs of dirt/age and displays some chrome flaking. It is highly advised that further pictures are requested.
The base measurements are:
