The revolutionary idea to use fabric on the iconic lounge chair set really expands the colour options available whilst offering a warm and comfy finish!
The fact that the lounge chair and ottoman set has never ceased production since its introduction in 1956 is testament to the versatility and popularity of the design, but with the latest addition of fabric, the chair now offers a rather more ‘modern’ feel allowing it to blend just as effortlessly as before into and modern, or retro, rooms.
Individual Characteristics
As a used later version of this coveted piece, its condition is excellent. The fabric feel is sumptuous and does not display any rips or tears and the finish of the wood is as you would expect, immaculate.
The ottoman too is in great condition.
The sticker on the underside of the chair indicates this is a newer example of the Herman Miller and Eames Lounge Chair.
