Login to ask a questionAn original and vintage 1973 first edition publication of 'A computer Perspective' written in collaboration with Charles and Ray Eames, Glen Fleck and Bernard Cohen.
The book was produced in addition to an exhibition by the Eames Office for IBM which ran from 1971 to 1975 entitled A Computer Perspective: A Background To The Computer Age. The book was essentially pictorial and detailed the major developments in computer technology as well as those responsible for them.
Individual Characteristics
The book itself is very nice and without any major problems apart from some wear in the corners. The dust jackets on these were fragile and almost all examples have detail wear from place to place, especially corners and spine. This one too has one or two small tears and a corner section missing, but is generally a nice example of one of these.
