Synopsis: A concertina flyer, released as part of a group of twelve, for Herman Miller in 1960. The product flyers were designed by George Nelson & Associates with notable input from Irving Harper and each one lightly covering a product range from the company portfolio. Each flyer sports a modern art cover, and the flyer consists of two sides opened out into six equal segments. Eames Chairs for the Office largely focuses on the fiberglass arm and side chair models that are generally suited to the workplace. It includes an image reference to the hugely popular scholastic Eames DSS stacking chairs but also the PSC, PAC, DAX & DSX among others. The reverse of the flyer has a chair ‘round table’ with images and write up cleverly laid out for twelve models from the Eames range.
