The Generation Game!

To pigeon hole any product or design, yet alone this most famous eames chair, into mapped generations is a little literal as they generally morphed naturally and developed as the decades passed. For this reason generations will always be highly subjective and open to debate. We do however, see the need to get an idea of when structural and design changes commenced in order to help us recognize, age and ultimately value an Eames Lounge Chair & Ottoman. Our take on an Eames Lounge Chair generation guide is given here in easy to follow pictorial and list form.
