Product Description

Authentic vintage Eames rocking chair dating to 1963, in very good original condition. A great example of an early Eames design with excellent vintage character. It has been in my ownership for 40 years and not used in the last 30 years.

The chair retains its original visible Eames/Herman Miller label as well as the Cincinnati manufacturing stamp, which help document its age and provenance.

Details:

Original 1963 vintage Eames chair
Original visible label
Cincinnati stamp
Very good overall vintage condition
Original materials and finish with normal signs of age
Solid, sturdy and fully functional
No rope edge
Some wear on the runners (see pictures)

This is a particularly nice opportunity for a collector, Eames enthusiast, or someone looking for an authentic mid-century modern piece rather than a contemporary reproduction.
