A full Eames Plywood Chair uses four shock mounts in total — two connecting the seat to the frame, two joining the backrest. When a chair has been sitting unused, stored, or simply lived in for decades, all four are likely due for replacement. This set covers the entire chair in one order.
Each mount is made from the original rubber compound, sized specifically for plywood chair editions — larger than the fiberglass chair equivalent — ensuring an authentic, precise fit on Herman Miller and Vitra DCW, LCW, DCM, and LCM models. All fixings for both seat and backrest sections are included.
Fitting instructions included with every order. Professional installation not necessary but recommended.
