This pair of Neoprene replacement shock mounts lets you address both problem points in one go, restoring even seating geometry and eliminating the creak and rock that degraded mounts cause. Compatible with Herman Miller and Vitra editions (post-Zenith, small mounts).
Made from a modern flexible Neoprene compound rather than the original rubber — a deliberate upgrade that better resists compression set and degradation over time. Two new screws included for a complete, ready-to-fit replacement.
