This double set of 8 black rubber shock mounts is ideal for professional restorers, dealers working through a series or full pair of chairs, or collectors who want a complete spare set on hand. Compatible with both Herman Miller and Vitra editions.
Decades of use causes the 670's original rubber shock mounts to crack, compress or detach entirely — resulting in an uneven shell, compromised recline, and that telltale creak. Each mount in this set is cast from the original rubber compound with an integrated metal stiffener and factory-spec encased threads. No modifications required; all correct hardware included.
