The change in materials available saw Herman Miller change the original rosewood to walnut. This decision was a success as walnut is still popular today!
The beautiful nature of these chairs means that, though similar, no two chair sets are ever exactly the same. The natural finish of the wood grain always allows for unique finishes, and this is seen in this example we have here with its very deep, dark finish to the wood which really compliments the rich darkness of the leather.
Individual Characteristics
This chair set has seen very little use. The leather is still waiting to be gently worn in and there are little to no signs of wear on the beautiful wood frame. This is the perfect opportunity to really make this chair set your own.
The label on the underside indicates this is a newer example from post 2010, but the condition of the chair set would say it is post 2020.
