Login to ask a questionThis is an original, vintage replacement Castor Contract base for the Eames and Herman Miller arm and side shell chair, creating the PSCC or PACC contract chair. This original Caster Contract base features the spinning top, an excellent choice for any home office or office environment. The base consists of its original castors which all still roll ok and spin too.
Originally designed to be used in the office space, the base was also produced with glides to mimic the Aluminium Series of chairs also designed by the Eames’s. The massive advantage the Contract base offers is that the top can be switched easily meaning you can swap between an arm or side shell.
