Login to ask a questionUp for sale is a beautiful, loved example of an original 'Red Stain' 2005 Eames LCW Lounge chair for Herman Miller. Molded five-ply seat and back, with eight-ply legs and back brace, finished in red lacquer. This chair has both original build labels. Manufactured 04/14/2005.
This chair shows signs of its age and use, however the condition overall is great. There are some isolated scratches, and some edge wear but for a chair nearly 20 years old and well used/loved it is par for the course. There is no chipping, splitting, cracking, or structural damage. All of the damage is minor cosmetic from signs of regular use. Please see photos of these areas highlighted and detailed. This could be repaired or brought back to life, but it ads some charm and character as-is! Brand new retail for this chair for 2023 is $1,195.00. However, being a 2005 example it has the age some people are interested in for originality and rarity.
