The chair that helped start the dynasty, this original Herman Miller Eames EA335 is finished in brown leather and features the new gas lift height adjustability! The most recent addition to the famous line-up has seen the introduction of this feature which now allows the user to easily adjust the height of their chair.
The Aluminium range from the Eames Office were a truly impactful design. Versions of the chairs are still used in many offices across the globe and the lounge style chair proves to be just as popular. To keep up with the modern demand within society, the bases adapted from 4-star constructions to 5 – for added stability – and, more recently, the gas lift height adjustment has been added.
Individual Characteristics
As a used, newer, version of this beautiful design, it is in a very good condition. The arms and base do show some signs of its use but it is nothing more than is to be expected with a fifteen year old chair!
The label on the underside indicates this chair was produced in 2007 by Herman Miller.
